SCREENWRITING

My screenwriting practice has ranged across genres and budget levels, with a consistent focus on characters with psychological depth and a textured social reality. Even when they are set in fantastical or heightened worlds, I want the reader to believe that I have been there, and met the people in them. I’m particularly drawn to stories about characters seeking truth in the dark. I’m also drawn to stories about characters with profound religious commitments. I suspect these interests are not unrelated.
